Its been a long time since I last posted the blog. A tumultuous year has passed, with earthquake still haunting us with it’s tremor time and again. But the government seems apathetic to the plights of victims. The reconstruction projects are not started yet and the arrival of the monsoon soon will add worry to their plights. Who is to be blame for this situation? The international donor agencies have pledged their full support but the government modus operandi has created doubts. It’s the poor people who have to suffer at the end. This year turned out to be more daunting to the people as they were plagued by the embargo imposed by our neighboring country India. The issue of nationality was raised strongly and yet we are compelled to live under their hegemony. There were long discourses held on to how we should create our own resources and should not be overdependent on others for our living.
